I need a hacker to get my Facebook & Instagram accounts back from the hacker that stole them.

My Facebook account was hacked. Hacker changed email and password. Tried everything including "trusted friends" still can't get in. It is my personal and business page. Plus now they got my Instagram too. I have contacted FB or 45 times, no response.
