fight obscene cyberattack

The past month or so three of my gmail accounts have been bombarded by spam and a lot of obscene spam that is hard to forget once I open it, to copy the text I want to filter... I want to find a hacker to attack the obscene spammers. How can we punish the obscene spammers attacking my email accounts? I spend hours a week looking through the code, the words, to add to filters, to post in spamcop, selecting the phishing, spam report buttons and whatever else I can do in Google, yet I still get disgusting and increasingly so spam. I am a Bible Believer so I would like to find a King James version Bible Believer that is also a hacker that can punish obscene cyber attackers from mind-raping me when I am checking emails The Feds and local police do nothing; who knows if they do this themselves. This is one example of a type of spam I regularly get the past few MONTHS that I have been getting spam bombed with vile lewd emails. While I have responded and it seems his abuse has stopped, it seems if I respond to the obscene spammers to opt out they know they have a live email and it is clear they will send more as I HAVE opted out and it seems to have made things worse.
Todays obscene email has a half naked woman which is a new level of mind rape which is why I am contacting you. If you cannot help me, would you know anyone that can; that has experience with this? I want the obscene cyber attackers to be blasted somehow yet I really don't know what options there are. I have a limited budget as well. The cyber attackers are taking my peace of mind. I can't completely abandon my email addresses as they are tied to decades worth of important life or death things. I feel trapped by the obscene cyber attackers. How do we punish them? Or get them to stop?
