facebook account recovery

My account was taken over and passwords/phone number changed and I am locked out. I am looking for assistance with the verification of a Facebook account. I do not have access to the email address or phone number associated with the account, and I have already contacted Facebook support but it was not successful. I need help verifying the account so it can be restored and accessed again.
