copy sourcecode

We are small start up and went into business with some bad developers, they have missed deadlines more than 3 times and we are pursuing legal actions and start over. BUT as they are refusing to handover the source code (as stated in the contract) it will be a little difficult for us to continue. They have made the application in the cloud and i have a download link with the application where under VIEW mode you can see TOGGLE DEVELOPER TOOLS. Can anyone advise me if it is possible to copy or lift the sourcecode at all? What would it cost us, and how quick could you do this for us. This has been a nigthmare for us please help
