check laptop for hidden spyware and malware ,trojans and detail look in to all files in system

hii this side Rasheed hassan...there has been quite attempts of hacking my mobile phones and laptop aswell..the emails used in both phone and laptop where same in microsoft account and also the chrome and other social media accounts ...need to do a through check on my laptop for any spyware or any links or attempts and users and files in my system ...
