Spyware/Malware Removal

I need help removing spyware/malware from my laptop and desktop computers as well as my iPhone. I'm not 100% sure if it's the police targeting me or someone that I know who is hiring hackers to do this work. There is a specific program I use on my laptop/desktop (not commercial software) that detects hidden rootkits but is unable to remove them. I have been the target of this spyware/malware/rootkits for a very long time and I will reward you for getting to the bottom of it. Fair warning that I am typing this on one of the computers being monitored and you take a risk getting involved in my bizarre situation.
