Search Enginer Optimize

i want good hacking in a site to remove my name coming under search engines. I had a court decision in my favour where i won the case. The case decision for some reason is posted on web and it shows under my name everytime someone tries to look up my name. I have real estate business and i dont want this showing up under my name. Can you help?
