Reclaim Hacked Phone and accts.

My phone and accounts have been hacked 2.5 plus yrs and I'm in desperate need of help reclaiming them. The accounts that have been hacked include all types of accounts such as social media, email, and banking. They opened a Coinbase acct i cant close prob many more. Thankfully I have the phone he uses and name of the hacker i believe, but I need help to take back control of all of my accounts and reclaim my phone. I'm looking for someone with the knowledge and expertise to help me reclaim everything. Or at least vital entities. I believe they mirror my phone and have tons of apps in the secure locker. My phone doesnt comeup as the primary phone. Ive paid another 800 plus off instagram...but im not sure they know whats what - they open to working with you...idk...im so lost. As they control phone and prob this tabhow do i know i will be moving towards freedom. I just got word today Im totally disabeled so on LTD been onfor 2.5 years and finances are sad and hack has cost me alot of money...thinking i got a head of game...so gave up often being exhausted just living. So here i am and want tomove forward to end hack so i can just focus on lving as a pwd on afixed income as i have for 2.5 years...the hac,er had acess to my home and used exy charm offensive and I dont know much tech knowledge and have and no focus or memory. I need all info off dark web etc. So lets talk. I feel i died when hack started and just a shell of a person.
