Hackers took over my Instagram account -- 2

My Instagram was hacked at 7K followers and completely taken over by a hacker. Email, phone number, and username changed. I believe they did it through my email with a decoy email. They deleted all my photos and are unfollowing everyone I know. Unfortunately some of the photos I had on there were the only copies I had and I would do anything to get them back… some of them are priceless memories going back to when I was a kid that I archived. If ANYONE knows someone who can help me gain access back, I would pay you and whoever can help more than enough money to help do that. Instagram support has been useless during this issue. We have records of everything and have been in touch with the hacker. I have the information he used to hack the account. I know this may not seem important to some but it is extremely important to me. If there is any way I could get my account back up with the photos as it was, can someone please reach out and help me.
