Fix my SanDisk tumbdrive

My tumbdrive was secure it with sandisk securevault the problem is I had update it to the latest version and not able to open but file is still there
press the repair vault but it did not help

Anyone able to help to recover my file? My typical window software not able to recover as my was a secure folder
