I need an expert to investigate and secure my devices.

Devices involved:
- Smartphone
- Laptop/Desktop
- Tablet

Suspicious activities:
- Tracking: I believe someone is monitoring my actions on my phone. I'd like to find someone I could work with on a long-term basis as I believe the hacker will attempt to hack my phone again once debugged.

Requirements:
- Comprehensive security audit
- Identify and remove any tracking software
- Recommend and implement security measures to prevent future breaches

Ideal skills and experience:
- Cybersecurity expertise
- Experience with tracking software removal
- Strong knowledge of securing multiple device types

When I purchase new devices they are also instantaneously hacked as well.
