Delete unsolicited video files from a remote work platform.

A platform is keeping videos of my zoom meeting without my consent I would like these files deleted from the platform.
People with no prior work done in the platform will not be considered.
This is an online production company I worked for. They hire people online I had zooms meetings 4 years ago about one problematic gig, and they recorded my face without my permission and now any new producer considering me for work can see them.
I have told them I've not given my consent for these video recordings of my face but they have refused to delete them
I'd like also some public messages to be removed from my profile page.
