Crypto companie scam

Ok so first we are broke our retirement is in a company margin xchange but now called pale xchange they said I had to pay 26k to get my 118k. Out. Now we are screwed when I said about getting my money there just said I am relaxing sitting down. I don’t care how but make them pay a heavy price
