Compile 5-Year Bank Statements

I need complete transaction histories for my State Bank of India and Bank of Baroda accounts, covering the last five years. Please deliver each bank’s data as clean, well-organized PDF documents.
The statements must show every debit and credit (no summaries), and each line should display the account holder’s name, a clear transaction description, and the running balance that follows the entry. Accuracy is critical—figures, dates, and balances must match the banks’ official records.

If you typically extract data into Excel or CSV first, that’s fine on your side, but the final hand-off to me has to be in PDF format with the fields laid out cleanly and in chronological order.
