X11 forwarding expert needed need aws Linux cloud

Actually i want to run a graphical command but its not allowing me see page no 44 and 45 in pdf and servers screen shot i have attached as well.

I want to run /opt/charon-manager/ssp-manager/ssp-manager which should open GUI mode.
