Qradar ce 7.3.3 setup email server

I'm looking for someone to help me get up and running with my Qradar ce 7.3.3 setup email server. We will be using the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) and need emails to be delivered in real-time. We do not need to back up the emails. The successful freelancer will need to be able to configure this setup quickly and efficiently. The successful freelancer will also need to be able to provide support should any issues arise with the setup in the future.
