Postfix - PHP view need help to an existing project.

Hi, we have a CentOS server with Postfix Mail Server as a relay host. We have created a web based interface (php - bootstarp) where a user will check and control all queued messages from postfix. The web based interface show the queued email messages. The actions that the user will have as per below:
1. View of Queued Emails
2. Choose the email which you want to deliver and then tap on the option “Deliver Message Now”.
3. Options to deliver the emails in the queue by selecting them one by one.
4. Simply select emails that you delete and then tap on the button delete selected or delete all.
5. Check if the Email has been sent (are in queue or not).
The server located on a local network so we can provide you access.
Need someone experienced in Linux Admin CentOS Postfix PHP to make the view of queued messages on a better human readable way via postcat.
