Fix Bash Command Issues & Install and Configure Opensearch - Almalinux Centos

I need urgent help with my AlmaLinux 8 server. Recently, after some updates, my bash commands stopped working unless I prefix them with /bin/ (e.g., /bin/nano, /bin/ls, /bin/top) instead of just call #nano #ls #top.
