On-Site CCTV & IT Support

I need reliable, on-call manpower across multiple locations in Maharashtra who can look after our day-to-day computer hardware and networking issues while also handling new CCTV setups. Most of the calls will centre on desktop and laptop break-fix, printer or peripheral glitches, routine LAN troubleshooting, and end-to-end CCTV camera installation—including mounting, basic cabling, initial configuration and hand-over demonstrations.

Here is how I see the engagement working:

• You or your field engineers travel to sites (Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur and neighbouring towns as they come up).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware faults on Windows desktops, standard office laptops and common office printers.
• Build or extend small to mid-size LAN segments, punching down cables, crimping, terminating and testing.
• Install and commission new CCTV cameras/DVRs/NVRs; adjust angles, focus, run power, perform initial network configuration and confirm live streaming on the client’s monitor or mobile app.
• Document each visit with brief work notes and photos, then upload the report the same day.

I supply all hardware; you bring basic tools (laptop with diagnostic utilities, crimpers, drill, cable tester, ladder etc.). Travel costs are reimbursed at actuals with prior approval.
