Cloud Recording System Setup

I'm in need of a freelancer who can help me set up a Cloud Recording System for my business similar to camcloud and cameraftp. The system should be able to perform live streaming, video playback and integrate seamlessly with a mobile app. The security level required is standard encryption.

One main difference is I want to add privacy masks to block part of the video. Is this something you can assist with and what are your recommendations and estimated price.

Key requirements:

The system is expected to support initially less than 100 users so the focus is on functionality and quality rather than scalability.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in cloud computing and setting up cloud storage systems

- Prior experience with similar systems is a plus.
