CCTV Streaming With IP

I am looking for someone to develop a CCTV streaming system which uses an IP connection via Ethernet. The video quality needs to be high resolution and frame rate, as well as incorporating other security/authentication methods for added safety. This project requires a blend of hardware and software knowledge, so a passion for technology and creative problem solving is a must. The best candidate will also have experience with IP networking and experience designing/programming within the security industry.
