CCTV Security Survey Needed -- 2
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My goal is to complete a thorough security assessment of our CCTV set-up, concentrating on theft prevention within employee-only areas. The job involves an on-site (or detailed remote, if feasible) survey of all existing cameras, blind-spot detection, and practical recommendations on how to optimise coverage without disrupting daily operations.
To make the outcome immediately actionable, I need:
• A concise report that highlights strengths, weaknesses, and any critical gaps in current coverage.
• A floor-plan or marked layout showing ideal camera locations, cable routes, and angle suggestions for the employee zones.
• A prioritised list of hardware or positioning changes, including model or lens recommendations where relevant.
All findings should be evidence-based and presented in plain language so our in-house team can act on them quickly. Familiarity with common CCTV brands, lens calculations, and basic network requirements will be useful, but the emphasis is on practical, theft-prevention-focused advice rather than complex technical theory.
If additional areas emerge as potential risks during your walkthrough—such as entrances, exits, or storage—you may include them as optional improvements, but the primary deliverable must keep employee areas front and centre.
I’m ready to provide floor-plans, access for inspection, and any footage you need to review. Once you complete the survey, please package everything into a single PDF (or shared cloud folder) so it’s easy for our management team to digest and implement.
