CCTV and Network Design Schematics

Job ID: 40401369

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

The project drawings for our new facility already show walls, furniture, and basic MEP, but all low-voltage services still need their final layer of detail. I need the complete set of markings and legends finished for every low-voltage discipline, starting with the CCTV cameras and the network racks so construction can move straight into procurement.

Scope
• CCTV & Access Control: exact camera locations, fields of view, cabling paths, power points, and terminations on the security rack.
• Network Infrastructure: floor-by-floor rack elevations, switch counts, patch panel layouts, cable tray routes, Wi-Fi access-point mounting points, data and voice outlets.
• Remaining services (to be completed once the first two are approved): IP-PBX, public-address speakers, meeting-room A/V, and any additional data/voice points.

Deliverable Package
1. Fully annotated floor plans in DWG (AutoCAD) or RVT (Revit) with layer discipline separation.
2. Rack elevation diagrams and single-line schematics in PDF and native format.
3. Device schedule (camera, AP, switch, speaker, etc.) cross-referenced to drawing symbols.
4. Updated legend and general notes ready for the IFC issue.

Acceptance Criteria
• All drops, patch panels, and device IDs match the latest room and rack numbering scheme.
• Cable lengths and conduit sizes are calculated and shown where relevant.
• Drawings are coordinated with existing architectural and electrical models—no clashes.
• Submitted files open cleanly with no missing Xrefs or fonts.

Please show past work of comparable low-voltage or ELV design packages when you respond so I can judge drafting style and coordination quality. No need for lengthy proposals; sample PDFs or screenshots will do.

I will give the base architectural files, current layer standards, and device counts immediately after awarding so you can begin with the CCTV and network rack sheets first.
