List all security systems and equipment covered under the maintenance visit.
Identify the assigned maintenance team and responsible engineer/technician.
Highlight any expected service interruptions or operational impacts if any.
Provide a summary of findings and observations for each site.
Identify any faulty, obsolete, or end-of-life equipment.
Master tracker sheet including the preventive maintenance dashboard.


Include recommendations for replacement of any expired or degraded equipment, such as:

Network CCTV switches
CCTV cameras
NVRs
UPS units and batteries
Servers and workstations




For each recommended replacement, provide:

Equipment description
Asset/location details
Current condition/status
Reason for replacement
Priority level
Recommended replacement timeline


Include photographs where applicable.
