RAMSIS Auto Interior Comfort Validation

I need an experienced RAMSIS specialist to validate the interior packaging of a new passenger vehicle. Comfort is our top priority, but every check you run must also confirm safety, vision, control and reach compliance so our design team can move forward with confidence.

The software of choice is RAMSIS on its own or integrated through CATIA or Siemens NX is fine, provided you already own this. Expect daily touch-points with our designers; I will rely on your insight to flag problem areas early and propose adjustments that keep the programme on schedule.

Deliverables (all generated in RAMSIS and supplied in native files plus PDF summaries):
• Full occupant package assessment for 5th, 50th and 95th percentile mannequins
• Comfort-focused gap analysis with clear recommendations
• Compliance snapshot for vision, reach, control-layout and basic safety clearances

Acceptance criteria:
• All reports must reference the latest design iteration and export without missing geometry.
• Recommendations must be actionable and ranked by impact on occupant comfort.
• Final sign-off delivered no later than four weeks from contract start.
