Design an engineering device (actual 3D)

I have an engineering idea of a device.

To help you out design it, i know the functionality of the device and what it is supposed to accomplish. I will share the details after you get selected for the job.

Here is what i expect to get from you.
- a 3D engineering design (Catia V5 or solid works) preferably Catia.
- Animated functionality of the device highly desirable.
- Device will be sent for mass production at some level therefore a list of parts and all relative details are required.
- exploded view of the device.
- Other engineering calculations that might be required to design such as load and etc
- The freelancer is supposed to be on top of his game and creative to assist in perfecting the design.
