CATIA Manufacturing Ready Product Design

I am taking a brand-new product from concept into production and need it translated into a manufacturing-ready mechanical design created entirely in CATIA. The work covers the full 3D model—including every assembly and sub-assembly—along with the associated 2D drawings and drafting needed for fabrication and inspection.

Once the geometry is finalized, I also want a static structural analysis run in ANSYS to confirm that all critical components meet strength and stiffness targets before release. That simulation should reference the finished CATIA geometry so any refinements flow back cleanly into the master model.

Deliverables
• Native CATIA files (.CATPart, .CATProduct) with fully constrained, parametric features
• Neutral exchange files (STEP/IGES) for vendor use
• Production-grade 2D manufacturing drawings (PDF + DWG) with tolerances and title blocks ready for the shop floor
• ANSYS static analysis setup files and a concise verification report highlighting load cases, boundary conditions, safety factors, and recommended design tweaks if required
