CATIA Automation: 3D-to-2D Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
All of my body-fixture models are housed in CATIA V5 and now need to be published as production-ready 2D drawings. The task goes beyond simple view creation—I expect full automation through CATScript, VBA, or similar macros so each sheet inherits the right template, dimensions, and GD&T without manual touch-ups. Data consistency with our existing engineering standards is critical; the end result has to drop straight into our release workflow.
I will review applications primarily on relevant past work, so please add links or screenshots that prove your automation skills in CATIA drafting. If this first batch goes smoothly, I may extend the same process to engine components and chassis parts later, but the current scope is strictly body fixtures.
Deliverable
• A verified set of CATIA V5 2D drawings—template-compliant, dimensioned, annotated, checked, and ready for release.
