State Fair Food Concession Setup

I'm looking for a professional to set up and operate a food concession at the state fair. We'll be serving roasted turkey, beef ribs, and roast beef.

Requirements:
- Full setup and operation
- Must know how to use grills and smokers

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience running food concessions
- Knowledge of food safety and preparation
- Ability to manage a team and operate in high-traffic environments
