Private Italian Chef Event

I’m planning an intimate, one-off dinner for two and want the evening to feel like a small slice of Italy in my own home. I’m looking for a private chef who can come in person, design a fully Italian menu, shop for (or guide me on) fresh ingredients, and prepare everything on-site.

The flow I have in mind is a relaxed multi-course experience—perhaps an antipasto, a pasta or risotto, a main, and a light dessert—but I’m open to your creative suggestions and signature dishes. My kitchen is well-equipped with the basics; let me know if any specialty tools or cookware are required so I can have them ready or you can bring them along.

Timing is flexible within the next few weeks, and we can lock in a specific date together. After cooking, I’d appreciate a quick kitchen tidy-up so the evening ends as smoothly as it begins.
