All of the ingredients, batter supplies, utensils, and a flat-top grill will be ready on site—I simply need a skilled set of hands to turn those raw ingredients into golden, fluffy pancakes throughout the event.
Your main focus will be:
• Running the pancake station from set-up to clean-down, keeping the grill humming and the queue moving.
• Monitoring the rest of the buffet table and quietly replenishing trays or condiments whenever they run low so everything always looks fresh.
Menu is straightforward—classic pancakes only, with no special dietary requests at the moment—so speed, consistency, and a friendly presence are the priorities.
