Event Catering Manager Needed
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I need an experienced event catering manager who can handle catering for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties. Usual guest count ranges between 50-100 people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of FOH catering, from table setup to table service
- Oversee and coordinate staff during events
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in managing catering for medium-sized events
- Excellent customer management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Strong understanding and knowledge of food handling and cleanliness regulations.
