Director Resume and Cover Letter

I am seeking a professional to create a compelling resume and cover letter that highlights my experience as a Director in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruiting and be familiar with the RN leadership job market.

- Experience creating resumes and cover letters for Director-level positions
My main goal is to update my current resume to better showcase my skills and experience in a way that is tailored to Director of Operations, Clinical Services, Client Services, etc job opportunities. I am not looking to go back into practicing as a nurse. I am open to suggestions for improvement and look forward to working with a skilled freelancer to achieve my career goals.
I have attached my current (but outdated) resume. It is completely geared toward low end RN management positions which is not what I am looking for. I left my last job at a toxicology laboratory making over $150k/yr. I would like my resume to draw something comprable.
