Build case for Senior Manager Promotion & tell an impactful story. I have data points but need help with wordsmith to make my case an impactful story and result oriented and convincing to leadership that I’m a seasoned manager. I have been in Managerial role since 2 years and looking to get promoted to Senior Manager in the upcoming performance year.
