ServiceNow Order Guide Automation Developer
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I need an experienced ServiceNow professional to build and enhance Order Guides within our Service Catalog, tying everything together with Flow Designer so that manual fulfillment steps disappear.
Scope of work
• Design and configure new Order Guides that present users with the right set of catalog items and conditional questions.
• Leverage Flow Designer actions to automate approvals, task creation, and notifications triggered by each guide.
• Ensure everything aligns with existing catalog standards and security roles while keeping the interface intuitive.
Why this matters
Today, too many requests still rely on email hand-offs and spreadsheet trackers. A well-built guide, backed by flows, will let us reduce those manual touches to near zero and give requesters instant, consistent outcomes.
Deliverables
1. At least one fully functional Order Guide in our non-prod instance, ready for UAT.
2. Associated Flow Designer flows that automate the end-to-end fulfillment process.
3. Deployment plan and config documentation so we can move the solution to production confidently.
Acceptance criteria
• A requester completes the guide and the entire fulfillment chain is executed automatically without manual updates.
• Guide follows catalog UI policies and branding already in place.
• All changes are captured in update sets or scoped app for controlled promotion.
