Stainless Steel casting parts from Europe, Turkey or India

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are selling solenoid valves and ball valves in a wide variety in Germany and the rest of Europe.
Up to now, the products are 100% imported from Chinese factories, which shall be changed to own production now.
The first products are the ball valves, where we will start with the stainless steel ones.
The ball valves consist of 2 housing parts (at 3-way valves it is 3 housing parts), a stem (which is turned from a bar) and a ball (which will approx. sourced, as we don’t have our own facilities for round grinding).
Therefore I would like to ask you, if those kind of products and series sizes are interesting to you and you could offer to make them.
For the stainless steel valves, material will be either 316, 316L or 316TI (1.4401, 1.4404 or 1.4571).
For the brass ones, we are still open, it should be kind of a standard and widely used brass in the valve industry.
We have several versions of these valves in different sizes and with different connections.
For stainless steel that will be:
- ½”: Inner thread, Clamp-flange and milk-thread (ISO 11851); each in 2-way and in 3-way
- ¾”: Inner thread, Clamp-flange and milk-thread (ISO 11851); each in 2-way and in 3-way
- 1”: Inner thread, Clamp-flange and milk-thread (ISO 11851); each in 2-way and in 3-way
- 1 ¼”: Inner thread 2-way and 3-way
- 1 ½”: Inner thread 2-way and 3-way
- 2”: Inner thread 2-way and 3-way
Therefore only in stainless steel that will be 24 types, each type consisting of the 2 housing parts.
When all stainless steel types are ready, there will be 12 brass ones following up and as soon as all ball valves are ready there will be at least 8-10 types of stainless steel solenoid valves and 8-10 brass solenoid valves, being adapted piece by piece.
Due to the high amount of different types and housings (stainless steel approx. 24 ball valves + 8-10 solenoid valves) we need to keep the number per production lot comprehensible.
There are types like the ½” 2-way with inner thread, which can be ordered in amounts of 500 or up to 1.000 pcs, but there are also some that need to be ordered in batch sizes of 100.
I attached a sample version (finished design) of a ½” clamp version in 2-way.
Can you try to estimate:
- Tooling cost for both housing parts
- Price per piece at 100, 200, 500 and 1.000 pcs per order
