Sitcom Comedy Pilot Creation

I'm seeking an experienced video producer to bring my sitcom pilot to life. 22 pages. Diverse cast (two 19 y/o men, one 19 y/o woman, one 15-year old male, two 50 year old men, one 35 year old man, one 35 year old woman and 4 minor customer roles), 3 locations in pilot - living room, coffee shop and car rental store. Will need access to many cars. This is a workplace comedy featuring progressive Muslim characters. Potential attachment for one role, but not a dealbreaker if that doesn't work for you. Unsure if the show will be single-cam or multi-cam. Unsure of budget, please let me know if I have set the bar too low.
