Sheet Metal Costing

I am looking for someone to help with a large batch production sheet metal project. I have already done the research and know exactly what materials I need for the project. My main goal is to find a freelancer who can accurately estimate the cost of the material for this project, given the specific materials I have chosen. The budget for this project has not been set yet, so I am open to suggestions.
