Spanish Rental Liaison Needed
Budget: $10 – $15 USD
I currently live in a Spanish-speaking area and plan to rent a house soon. Because I speak Turkish and Russian , I need a fluent Spanish speaker who can act as my day-to-day voice with local landlords.
Your main task is to handle all verbal and written communication with property owners or agents until I secure and move into a suitable house. This includes phone calls, WhatsApp or email exchanges, scheduling viewings, and clarifying rental terms on my behalf. If rental documents appear and I feel unsure about the language, I may also ask you to translate or summarize key points before I sign anything.
Ideal collaborators are responsive, comfortable negotiating in Spanish, and familiar with typical rental processes in Spain (or any other Spanish-speaking country you’re based in). I’ll provide property links or phone numbers; you help me get the information, arrange viewings, and keep the conversation flowing smoothly.
Acceptance criteria
• Landlord or agent understands my needs, budget, and preferred move-in date in clear Spanish.
• Viewing appointments confirmed with time, date, and address sent back to me in Turkish, Russian, or simple English.
• Final lease details explained in my language before signing.
If you can jump on quick calls, message promptly, and keep me updated in real time, we’ll work well together. Let’s get started so I can find the right house without the language barrier.
