Spanish-English Wedding Interpreter Needed
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I'm looking for a fluent Spanish-English interpreter for a wedding ceremony.
- Job Type: Simultaneous interpreting for a two-hour event. You will be required to simultaniously interpret the ceremony and interpret the speeches that are from English to Spanish, and Consecutively interpret the father of the grooms speech. We also require the supply of the interpreters headset, and some for our Spanish only speaking guests (4 or 5 should be enough)
- Setting: This is for a wedding ceremony. Some prior experience in wedding event interpreting would be a bonus, but not a requirement.
- Skills: Native level proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory. You should also have excellent interpersonal and listening skills, and a sharp memory. Previous experience in simultaneous interpreting is critical.
This role is on-site, so you should be comfortable navigating a lively, festive environment with poise and professionalism.
