Veterans Programme
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
We are a military veterans charity established three years ago to provide transitional support facilities for veterans who had encountered serious difficulties adapting to civilian life. Many of our residents, we have 44 high quality apartments, we're formerly homeless and many suffer from PTSD. Our mission is to support them on a programme to get them into independent living and employment.
We require a programme that records
1. Every contact between staff and veterans including applicants and rejections.
2. Each Veteran has an individual “Development Programme” with goals set. I will upload an excel spreadsheet which has been prepared for specification purposes only. This will need to be expanded to cover contact transactions. We would be able to prepare a full specification before contract.
3. We also need to report on the performance and activities of staff.
4. Volumes are low. 4 Staff. 44 veterans active at any one time we have had 100 in our care over a 2-year period.
5. We use Microsoft one-drive and Microsoft Office and are generally proficient in all.
6. We would look to do the system in a product like Caspio to give us the ability to support and develop.
Presently we employ a “Bespoke” computer programme that was designed for another care organisation and doesn't provide the focus we require for our business and in consequence we are looking at alternatives.
