Create a Caspio App/Database from my Excel File

I am building a youth soccer rankings website and looking to move from an excel file to a Caspio app with tables that interact. The rankings tab in the excel file pulls data from the scores tab to calculate Games played, Wins/losses/Ties, and calculates a rankings using an excel function (We can do this offline). I would like to build the app to reflect how Usclublax.com has organized the data for their rankings where you can click on an individual team and review their information and game results.
