This brief aims to challenge your problem-solving skills as a UX/UI designer
What is it?

Choose an eCommerce clothing platform such as Boohoo, Pretty Little Thing, Missguided, ASOS, JD, UNIQLO ... etc. Identify 5 problem areas within the website journey experience across mobile and desktop screen sizes. As a UX/UI designer use your design thinking to solve these problems and demonstrate your ability in responsive design.

Who is it for? For all user demographics that require clothes.

How should it feel?

Your designs should comply with aesthetic usability laws but still remain functional
Create an environment where users are able to educate themselves on promos, clearance deals, products and even delivery schedules
A fun and engaging space, where looking for new clothes does not become a hassle
A clean robust journey from start to finish
What should it achieve?

Increase in sales for all clothing types
Fewer enquires calls for the contact centre
Encouraged referrals to friends and family members
A functional eCommerce platform that complies with UX methodologies
Timeline: 2 weeks.

Research: We need to know how we compare to similar products in the space.

We need to know if this appeals to who we think it does.

We need to innovate on the flow for how people purchase clothing.

Deliverables:

3 pages: home page and 2 other pages of your choosing.
Mobile and Desktop compatible screens (Responsive).
A written case study explaining the processes and outcome.
