Executive Summary
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
only have 500 words to use, you will need to be careful how you use them. You are essentially creating an executive summary that could be read by an executive. Your goal is to present a clear overview of the problem, what your findings from the analysis are, and your recommendation with some ideas regarding moving forward and potential issues/risks that the firm needs to be aware of. Quantifying issues, and potential solutions, is important. You choose your headings since they may be case specific but the basic storyline should be:
1. What’s Going On (Approximately 100 words; includes problem/opportunity and outcomes of SWOT)
2. Analysis (Results of Analysis in discussion format; may include comparison of pros/cons, calculation results)
3. Suggested Course of Action (What should the focal organization do? Include some specific next steps and potential risks)
