2D map using google pictures to show the outside of a blueprint

I am seeking a freelancer to create a 2D map using Google pictures to present the outside of a blueprint. The primary purpose of the map is for presentation purposes. The map will cover the outside of the building and be tied to the blueprint to show entrances and exits. Specific details or annotations are not required, but the doors, entrances, and exits must be clearly displayed. Ideal skills for this project would include experience with Google streets view and 2D map creation.
