extract data from geonames.org to SQLite

Hi bidders ....

i want extract location (all in the land and sea )of one country from geonames.org to SQLite format .

and the field :

english name
alternate name arabic (ar)
class
code
state
county
latitude
longitude

The countries is ( kuwait , Saudi Arabia , Qatar , UAE , Bahrain , Oman , Jordan , Syria , Iraq , Libya , Tunisia , Morocco , Mauritania , Algeria , Egypt , Yemen ).
Each country in one file .
