I am looking for a skilled and experienced individual or team to create a cycling route that will join all 32 counties in Ireland. Roads used must be public, well surfaced, and suitable for a conventional road bicycle. It must cover as few kilometres as is reasonably possible. The project should be completed in less than 1 month.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Some knowledge of cycling routes in Ireland
- Ability to map out a long-distance route that joins all 32 counties
- Efficient project management skills to complete the project within the specified timeframe
