csv list of parking areas from openstreetmap

I am looking for a csv-list with name, latitude,longitude of all parking areas in the region of the alps in europe.

Parking areas are polygons on openstreetmap - the polygon with multiple latitude/longitude points first needs to be converted to one single central point.
