[TEACH ME] How to Create a Vector map from my own Mapbox Style

There are plenty of custom and open source script available on Github and/or with the help of ie. "Openmapstiles", to allow for saving/downloading a custom Vector Map using my own Mapbox Style I made.

However, I am stuck, and would like to know and learn how I can do this in a very easy way, budget $5-30 (depends on difficulty)
