Render map tiles from OpenStreetMap data for use in an offline project

I want to generate jpeg map tiles from OpenStreetMap data for use in an offline project. For example, using this data
Data: https://download.geofabrik.de/africa/kenya.html
And one of these renderers:
Renderers: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Rendering
To generate a folder structure with all the jpeg map tile files.
The output of this project would be a zip containing all the map tiles for the above linked data and a document setting out the steps needed to repeat the work for another country.
